My voice was changing about the same time this episode aired and its one I will never forget. This drove our music teachers nuts because nearly every day someone would walk into class with a voice an octave lower! And when they would take attendance for class, that would always be hilarious because you think that someone was being "creative", and even worse if you had a cold and a scratchy voice! Here, Peter's voice is changing and just as Greg is set to record a demo record, which results in lots of quirky complications. This was well written all the way around. The eventual production of the record is interesting and I am sure this inspired a lot of kids around the country to assemble some teen rock bands in junior high, if not composing songs! In actuality, this episode was a bridge for the Brady Bunch kids to promote their newly formed record label, and while they didn't have hits like the Partridge Family, you have to admit they probably had a blast doing their own thing. Those early teen years were priceless for a lot of us pioneer entertainers! Probably one of the most creative episodes of the third season, which marked a turning point in the series as the kids were all growing up fast! Compare this episode to the final season's episodes, and the kids have completely changed, but the 70s live on! Recommended. SEASON 3 dvd box set.
