A Corsican tale
searchanddestroy-130 November 2015
That's here a drama with a gangster character without being a crime flick either, as many other episodes of this show. Let me explain. Jack Klugman plays a mob boss who escaped from America because of his illegal activities and crimes and took refuge in Corsica, a sort of equivalent of Sicilia for gangsters. And here he will have to face a feud between the woman he loves and himself, concerning a young native man who is also his best friend and who is also in love with Klugman's wife. A woman whose the father was killed by Klugman's himself. And above all this you have the famous Corsican - as Sicilian - honour vendetta tradition that won't make things easy. Because vendetta means that nothing is ever forgotten. The ending is appropriate for such a tale, a very very interesting ending. The Cain's character has nothing to do here. Good story.
