In a plot that is very similar to one that 'Frasier' would do some years later, this episode sees Richard having the chance to through a long shot at half time of a basketball game.
It's a real testament to the other actors on this show, and of course the writers, that the character of Caroline is barely in the first half of the episode, but her absence is not felt because the other characters are now so clearly defined.
I liked the plot involving Annie's Mum and Remo - I wouldn't be put out if she remained with the show permanently.
