The USS Appleby is entertaining Prince Pussik (Michael Davis), the Grand Admiral of the Tiburan Navy for a cruise. When he comes aboard they are surprised to find he is a young 12-year-old boy. "The Little Admiral" wildly steers the ship then wants to see all of the Navy drills, irking Commander Stoner (Jack Albertson). He instructs Ensign O'Toole (Dean Jones) to tame the prince. Inspiration comes in the form of John Paul Jones. King Pussik (character actor Lou Krugman) comes to pick up his son, to the concern of the crew. The episode seemed too far-fetched, without much comedy to offset the fact. It teases a good moral lesson, however.
