I like the idea of Carl sleeping through robbery, it was hilarious how he woke up after a nice sleep without any furniture around. And while i felt bad for him it was also pretty funny when his colleagues were teasing him as a "sleeping beauty". But the turn out was a bit dumb and not too well thought through.
The story of Steve helping Eddie to cheat was another morally preachy story they like to put in. But it was definitely funny at the part when it turns out that Steve really had a cold and was sniffing coughing and blowing his nose all at the same time. And honestly it made sense for Eddie not to come out when he said that both will be in trouble
