Warning: Spoilers
Urkel and the rest of the seniors are building a float for their high school.

And Carl freaks out because mother Winslow had a small accident and hurt her leg.

The float story is very boring. Even though I like the message, that even things like that are beautiful experiences. But nothing really happens. And about that motorcycle chick being a "creative soul", please, her kind has more creativity in her middle finger than all those goody two shoes could dream about

Mom Winslow's story was simply good because she was always such a great active grandma. So it is a good idea for her character.

Waldo loves Maxine!

The premise of Urkel designing the senior class float is not particularly engaging. Who couldn't guess that he would mess things up somehow? One big mistake here is that there is very little Steve-Laura interaction. Having Steve and Laura work on the project together, and what would have come out of such a situation, would have been much more interesting. This episode, like several others in season 7, seemed to suggest a sudden "neutrality" between Steve and Laura. Not believable. Steve was too crazy about her, in the first place. However, the episode does have some nice moments. When Waldo told Maxine that he loved her, that was touching! Maxine looked very cute here, and I loved when she told Waldo that she loved him too!
