Carl doesn't have enough poker players and Harriet offers to play. Only Carl is very dismissive at her because she is female and keeps on making fun of her. Harriet wins but Carl reacts grumpy.
Eddie asks Steve to take over his shift at work, but Steve's clumsiness causes trouble and Eddie is fired.
There is a common problem with this episode: it has been done too much already. We have seen Carl being sexist in many episodes just like we saw Eddie being ungrateful and selfish to Steve. The joke is dying out. By this time one would expect the characters to have learned their lesson or writers to have another idea. At least Carl started apologizing by himself, so there is some progress
