Good episode about appreciating what you already have in life. Reaching that big milestone might seem like the end all and be all, but we all know with age that life is about the journey, not the destination. Don't miss what you have for something you might never find.

Laura can't shake Steve

Warning: Spoilers
Laura tells Steve to get out of her life after he tricks Daniel Wallace into leaving. She starts feeling bad. Real bad. Look closely. Somebody is on her mind, and it's not Daniel Wallace. The dream she has is symbolic. She and everyone else is suddenly very old. It's now too late to say and do what she should have. In the dream, she apologizes to Steve. When she wakes up, she apologizes to him for real. Laura can't shake Steve. He's with her. They're connected to each other. I love the way he makes her smile, in the last scene. I love watching Laura and Steve.

Old and Alone (#3.11)

Warning: Spoilers
What a horrible episode. Just another one full of sexism. Trying to scare young girls into marriage so they don't end up "old and alone", because if this happens one of course will be unhappy, still living with parents and have a huge butt, while the 90 year old nerd boy will end up scoring a hot model. This is actually a dream of every loser guy out there so i can see why it is a popular episode.

And it would be not as bad if Urkel would apologize at the end. No matter who that Daniel guy is, Steve had no right to do what he did and Laura had every reason to be upset. But of course the show shows as if what he did was right.

And unfortunately there weren't too many fun things to make it better this time. My favorite parts worth mentioning though were "We didn't eat our vegetables" line by Richie and the fact that in Laura's old dream Grandma was still alive and younger looking than everyone else, those sure add some points.
