There are two storylines in this episode : Carl goes undercover as a woman to catch a mugger. Eddie wants to go out with Vonna, who is known to be quite easy with guys, and uses Steve to teach her Algebra. This was a fine episode, Carl was absolutely histerical as a woman, each scene with him was better and better, culminating in Lieutenant's outfit at the end. Vonna story wasn't all that great in my opinion, I did appreciate Steve helping Vonna to "respect" herself, but it just plays for laughs, when there is a good message here, also Laura is nowhere in this episode, she shows up in a dream sequence of Steve , but this was a great oportunity for us to see Laura being kind of jealous. The fact Vonna changes her attittude over one pep talk with Steve isn't really belieavable either. Thank god, for Carl ! 7/10 ******* Peter Shelby

I really don't like the part about Vonna. The usual sexism on how it is boys who want to have fun while the girls are just doing it because they want to be liked by guys. And she changes her mind because the small nerd of the school tells her to? Pathetic. Then again those were the 90's .
But Carl being undercover as a woman saves the episode. He is absolutely hilarious in it. The way he walks both when not trying to change it and when actually following Harriet's instructions was almost making me rolling on the floor while laughing. Of course Lieutenants costume at the end was a great addition
