The Mind Control by an Alien device implanted on the brain!!!
elo-equipamentos31 January 2021
Possessed wasn't a high profile episode as usually we have seen before on the series, nonetheless in enough to hold you tuned on the offering, David Vincent received a letter from Ted his old day roommate of the University, He quickly enter in contact with now Dr. Ted Willard (Michael Tolan), but at first meeting Ted sounds evasive and didn't remember the letter at once, the canny David realizes that something is wrong with vague behavior of Ted who will make a test on the laboratory which his brother Dr. Martin Willard (Michael Constantin) commands on the city sponsored by Father of Ted's fiancée the lovely Janet Garner (Katherine Justice).

David visits the laboratory and identifies an Alien there Adam Lane (William Smithers) it was a key to asking help of Edgar Scoville (Kent Smith) to send a man to scrutinize the laboratory files to find out a clue of this odd behavior evidenced in Ted, including he has been tried kill David, Ted suffers a heavy headaches, its lifts suspicious of David that something of mind control ongoing by some alien machine at laboratory.

Thus David perceived that Ted and Janet are in jeopardy by this instrument cluster that send short waves with spoke orders over the device implanted in the Ted's brain, which wreaking the massive pains and let him made everything that the Aliens wanted, just acceptable indeed!!

Thanks for reading.

For Massive Fans Only
StuOz26 August 2016
Alien Adam Lane (William Smithers) is doing all sorts of mind-control experiments in his attempts to rule the earth.

William Smithers shined twice with his guest roles in Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea (1964) and Star Trek (1966) but this script is missing the great dialogue of VTTBOTS and Trek.

More effort seems to have been put in set design than anything else. That alien dish-thing that rotates all over the place is perhaps the most memorable thing about The Possessed. Also the lavish very 1960s use of colour in that house we keep seeing.

This hour does not bring anything new to the table but for massive fans of this series (like me), The Possessed is enough to hold your attention.

Syracuse Connection
tavasiloff19 October 2020
Edgar Scoville mentions Syracuse for at least the 3rd time in this series. Does anyone know about any connection the production has to the city?
