The bug-themed hero (Hiroshi Fujioka) continues to battle the minions of SHOCKER, this time led by a 'bat man', a vampire-like creature that can transmit a virus that allows the villainous organisation to control your mind (plus, it causes you to grow some very unconvincing fangs). Goofy stuff - fun but likely not watchable by anyone other than fans of the show (or maybe of the tokusatsu genre in general).
