When the cat died

The joke Walter told about how to break the news when an animal or loved one dies makes this episode worth watching.

I actually cried laughing.

I don't know if it would work in reality but it is a good joke.

The Death Of Chuck

Vivian leaves her beloved dog Chuck with Maude while she is away, and he dies.

Some very funny dark humor in this episode. After Chuck dies, Maude does not know how to break it to Vivian. Teri Garr ("Young Frankenstein") guest stars as a humorless customer service rep from a pet cemetery. Arthur and Walter show up with a new puppy at the end for some good final laughs.
