The end of season 5 was paving the way for the show's worst season, according to most. But one thing's for sure, writers never ceased to amaze us. True some storylines like Chelsea, Matt and her mom, or even Sam's family drama, felt a lot like recycling old plots. But on the other hand, you had new characters like Jennifer Mancini, played by Alyssa Milano. And more juicy stories, any Melrose Place fan could ever dreamt of. This episode marks the beginning of the fall of Amanda Woodward. And her train wreck relationship with Kyle. And Michael's new scheming habits, with Taylor. When they planned on making Peter crazy, for the sickest, yet most hilarious reasons. Jake and Alison's relationship is DOA, but they are the only ones who seem unaware of that. Or refuse to accept it. Except Alison, who fell off the wagon, a lot lately... Sam's father is here to wreck havoc, and I can't wait for that part where he literally crashes Sidney's wedding. Taylor slamming the door on her face, is one of my favorite scenes. It's the kind of messed up thing, this character got used to doing, since she moved to LA. Maybe something in the water... The soundtrack for the episode, is very mainstream. A little too much maybe.
