Soap actor Paolo Seganti finds his world turning when he is hired to tutor Brighton in French, immediately making a play for Fran which she later finds out is in an effort to get a green card. While he isn't Gerard Depardieu (but definitely more handsome), he is certainly charming in spite of his agenda. This leads to a meeting with the INS (where the agent begins to swoon as well) that is quite funny. The rivalry between the British Maxwell and the French Philippe leads to some outlandish insults between the two, as well as a very funny pass towards C.C., aka CaCa. Seganti certainly makes the most of his French accent (even though he's Italian) which explains why he was such a heartthrob on "As the World Turns".
