The first thing that is very noticeable about this episode is that it is suppose to beginning at a hanging of a Mescalero Indian that was properly sentenced in the town of North Fork. However watching the series for many years, this does not appear to be the streets of North Fork that I have ever seen. But for the sake of the episode, the town is North Fork and the Mescalero Indian has been sentenced to hanging by a jury of twelve men with Lucas being the foreman of the group. An Indian medicine man named Mogollan puts a curse on Lucas saying that he will die before the full moon disappears.
Have some strange deaths around the area some of the people are believe that the curse of the medicine man is true. Even Mark is taking in with the curse as he begins seeing things with a twisted insight. Lucas knows that the Indian medicine man does not hold any powers but it will be up to him to prove it to others.
This episode, even though it seemed rushed, was another nice story concerning how people believe anything when the thought is placed in their head. Not the most impressive episode but one that did have entertainment value.
