This offering would have fit a little better in Rod Serling's pocket. Yet another Cold War episode where the government is experimenting with things being kept quiet to the public. In this case, it's a missile carrying a payload that will light the sky for extended periods of time, make night into day, so to speak. Cut to a new housing development where the developer has inadvertently sold a house to a man who has been in prison. He enlists other homeowners to go over in the dark of night to drive them from their homes. They reluctantly agree. In fact, they take a stupid oath where they actually say the words aloud, like a group of elementary age kids at a clubhouse. He even grabs his son's baseball bat. Meanwhile, the missile goes off course and lights up the sky for hours, without the knowledge of the people in the vicinity. Because of national security and with the approval of some high ranking general, they decide to keep hushed about it. Meanwhile, De Forest Kelly, Dr. McCoy on Star Trek,, who is the ex-con, decides that he and his wife will fight whatever comes their way and try to keep their house. Things play out from there. The idea is interesting, but it is so foolishly displayed.
