Not sure why this episode has zero reviews.
The "con" of the episode first - the whole "hahaha, the proposal goes wrong" has been quite overdone for some time. But the reason why I am still giving this episode a 10, is because i think it was the first to do it.
But the story of the Mrs Larkin, JD, and Dr Cox was extremely powerful and made me cry like a baby. They foreshadow the ending with the whole "death will be like a Broadway musical", line, and so you see it coming. But you do not expect the emotion from the actual song when it happens. Done absolutely perfect.
