He looks a bit on the thin side, but gosh it's good to see Matthew Perry here.
Full of charm, full of great energy, and given some lovely lines - what an absolute crying crying shame that the great man isn't still with us today.
He steals the show here (and directs) with his performance, and is a joy to behold. That first scene at the airport and the line about 'Wings' (which fun fact, starred Steven Weber, who Perry would later star alongside on 'Studio 60') is amazing. Comic timing down to a tee.
I'm not a huge 'Scrubs' fan, but this episode is certainly one I would rewatch now in light of Perry's passing.
