It begins with a bunch of old fisherman (Dave Thomas, Harold Ramis and Joe Flaherty) telling their tall tales, it turns out to be a commercial for long distance.
Sunrise Semester has Mort Finkel (Ramis) a dentist, drilling his own tooth.
A very funny SCTV news sketch has Earl supposed to be showing his report from Helsinki but he just shows slides of him getting ready to leave and never getting there. Floyd calls him a dolt and Earl shows a slide of a drunk Floyd.
Dining with Larue is hilarious with Johnny going to a health food restaurant. A sarcastic waitress (Andrea Martin) tells him to stop smoking, there is no meat and no alcohol. Levy plays an annoyed customer and Ramis is the bouncer.
The longest sketch is Broads Behind Bars a black and white spoof of both "Reefer Madness" and "Caged". A innocent girl (Catherine O'Hara) ends in prison because her no good boyfriend (Levy) gave her marijuana and made her commit robbery. Andrea is the tough inmate and John Candy plays the sadistic prison matron.
The final scene is Dave as James Whitmore doing a one man show of Col Sanders. Whitmore had already done shows of Will Rogers and Harry Truman, this is very funny as he speaks to the President, a spoof of many similar scenes he has done. The credits then roll.
