In this episode, the group lands on an Amish style world deprived of technology. The group quickly finds Quinn's long lost brother Colin, played by Jerry's real-life brother, Charlie. The slide countdown is quickly approaching zero, and they finally convince Colin that he and Quinn are brothers. After sliding to a new world, the seemingly naive Colin is taken advantage of by a woman who looks just like the woman he wanted to marry on his world. He's in for a shock when he discovers the true motives behind this mother-daughter duo. But they are in for a shock, as well. I really enjoyed this episode of Sliders, especially because real-life brothers are sliding together. This was a fun episode, not dark or tense like some of the others featuring the Kromaggs. I can't wait to see what adventures the brothers experience next!
