This really is not even considered an episode. What we have here is just clips from previous shows rolled into some kind of odd order and re-shown to make the production staff happy. I am not going to jump on the show since nearly all of the comedy sitcoms do the same thing during the series run but the viewing public really does know what this is about. It a show they can be film in one day to get ten minutes of film and then set past skits into the blank spaces till the episode is complete. In short, it is a rerun.
What has happened is the entire cast is called to City Hall on a Sunday to send invitation to the Mayor's black-tie dinner. So while the staff is stuffing envelopes, we get to see scenes from past shows. As you can see there is little thought or energy placed into shows such as this one. No one ever tried.
Perhaps some may like watching the replay of certain scenes from the series, but for me, that is what reruns are for.
