Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • Many of the villains are shot to death. No blood. Gordon (Ross Martin) is nicked by a bullet but is not seriously injured. One henchman who has been shot falls under a moving train ( nothing is shown)
  • The villain is killed when West (Robert Conrad) impales him by driving a sharp pool stick through his heart. West is shown throwing the spear, then the action cuts to the impact (unrealistic by today's standards). The villain dies slowly and graphically, but the scene is entirely bloodless.
  • A character's home, which the villain uses as an arms warehouse is blown up.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The scene where a military deserter is shown being taken to be executed can be tense. However it turns out that he is not a military officer at all and this setup was used to secretly escort him to the President's office.
  • The scene where West's government contact's corpse falls into the room can be unsettling.
  • The firefights can be intense. Also, the villain's death can be shockingly brutal to some viewers who may be used to the later, lighter toned episodes.
