- A man is seen thrusting between a woman's legs (no nudity since they are clothed). Later we see a video several times of them having sex. It's implied that a man forces a woman to give him oral sex (we see her get down on her knees in front of the man). It's implied that a man forces a man to give him oral sex (we see him get down on his knees in front of the man). Some sexual comments. Two women briefly kiss.
Violence & Gore
- A man pulls a hook out of a fish's mouth and impales his finger with the hook. A man has bloody welts on his body. A woman digs a finger inside one of them and pulls out a hook. A man has hooks breaking out of his skin including under his big toe and below his eye. Some people are hit or slapped. Quick shot of a man holding a gun to his head. A woman is seen repeatedly stabbing her leg which is bloody. A woman is seen eating a cat. A man's decapitated head is seen. Some dead bodies are seen. A woman's fingernail, tongue, and eyeballs are spit out of a soup that people were eating. A woman's nose bleeds heavily. A woman is covered in blood eating human flesh and she attacks a cameraman who is filming her with a stick. A woman cuts her hand and smears the blood on a dead body's face. A woman rips off two of a man's toenails with pliers. We then see all of his toenails have been removed (extremely gory). Lizards burst out of a man's back. A woman has a stick in her leg and a man pulls it out. A woman digs her fingers into her eyes. A woman's face is seen blistering. A man's leg bleeds. A man's bloody tooth is seen. A woman pulls a man's two front teeth out with pliers. A woman has blood running down her legs. A woman has blood running down her arms as she stabs a man offscreen. A paralyzed man has boiling water poured down his throat. A man's legs, feet, arms and hands are burned with a blowtorch. Then a cloth is rubbed against the skin which sloughs it off. We later see the same thing has been done to his face. A woman drills into a man's head and blood flies out. It's implied that a woman is shot (all we hear are the gunshots). A man's burnt body is seen. A woman lands on top of a van (blood splatter seen coming from her head).
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A man pretends to be dead in a woman's fridge. People have guns pointed/fired at them. A woman sees people with rotting flesh. The torture and voodoo scenes are very intense. Several other jump scenes where people are surprised by someone.
