A well-scripted episode seems more suited to adults than kids, in showing how our British heroes of WIN outsmart and make fools of the foreign agents who at the outset of the show seemed to have the upper hand.
With surveillance equipment including planted bugging devices, the bad guys led by Dr. Darota learn about a File 90 in Shane Weston's office and later the secret BIG RAT at Mac's cottage. They kidnap Mac while Joe is vacationing with Sam & Shane, and pump him for information at their headquarters, an inaccessible medical clinic high in the Alps.
It is very satisfying midway through the show when Mac moves into the driver's seat, confessing truthfully all about BIG RAT and his son Joe's activities as a WIN agent to Darota, but his statement is dismissed as preposterous. As Darota's henchman prepares to frighten (or even kill) Mac with an extremely scary looking drill contraption, Joe in a hot air balloon is arriving to rescue his dad, while Sam & Shane spring the trap to capture the bad guys.
