I actually kinda liked this episode.

Don't get me wrong, most of it is pretty bad, laughably bad. But I also liked the four parts of Nightmare of Eden. I also liked the season 12 of doctor who that came out during 2020. The one thing in common with Nightmare of Eden, The Horns of Nimon, and season 12 (2020) is that they are generally disliked. I actually really enjoyed these episodes. I'm probably the only one who did enjoy them. My rating for this part, a 6/10.

It's All Greek to Me...

It's a bit of a jigsaw you need to construct, a labyrinthine maze with walls that obstruct, inside is the Nimon, he wants you to feed on, your life force inelegantly plucked and then sucked.

It just doesn't work for me.

You have to hand it to the Doctor who fans at the time, almost nine million tuned in, tuned in to watch this pantomime. I don't like the overall feel of the episode, the tone is just off, how on Earth can you take it seriously? I swear Tom and Graham are trying not to laugh with one another, Tom will forever be my Doctor, and I adored Crowden, but the pair are simply not taking it seriously.

I cannot believe in that young lad being the saviour of the Anneth, he's not terribly convincing. Lalla is trying to take it seriously, but she's up against it. The Nimon, are so cumbersome.

Not impressed. 4/10
