Several personnel from Sun Hill are sent on a training course, to learn about interview techniques. Burnside, Ackland, Quinnan and a few others, including Carver, who's been given the cold shoulder by his latest flame.
Talk about a change in direction from the previous episode, one thing I've definitely noticed with this era, is that when they have a heavy storyline, when anything major, or dramatic happens, they always seem to follow it up with something a bit lighter, this is seriously lighter.
Entertaining to the point of almost being funny, this shows the differences between CID and the Bobbies on The Street, the personalities of course clash.
They've gone for some of Sun Hill's finest here, it's no coincidence that we have Burnside, Ackland, Quinnan and Carver here, all Bill legends, like oil and fire, it was obvious there was going to be trouble.
The looks on Burnside's face were so funny, you could genuinely see the torment and frustration on his face, so good.
Entertaining, funny and different, I thoroughly enjoyed this, 9/10.
