So, we're introduced, briefly, to these guys, hunters, apparently, running around the snow-covered grounds of Crystal Lake, being chased by everyone's favourite gore goalie. Apparently, the filmmakers didn't care enough about them to explain what happens to them, because after two of them are killed, the third is just simply dropped and not mentioned again.
Four campers (three guys and a cute girl) are the main bait for Jason this time around, after he changes into his warm winter clothes for the nighttime kills, he proceeds to stalk them and puncture holes in them. Who knew anyone even went to a summer camp in the wintertime?
One of the better fan-made films; the 'Jason' mask, by Gene Mazza, looks good; Timothy Whitfield is a decent replacement for Kane Hodder; the photography is not as static as one could expect from a fan-made film; and the snowy, winter setting is unique- but the problem here is that there really doesn't seem to be any point to it, and it never climaxes so much as it just stops after its sixteen minutes-long run time. But it is still a worthwhile effort, though.
