Despite a few plot questions (why did they suddenly lose the technology to artificially inseminate, etc.) this short plays out as an intriguing distopian story. If only other sci-fi movies could be as succinct as this. Rather than spending so much time assuming the audience is stupid, and trying to explain the background of the story, just show us! How many sci-fi fans do you know who don't have a pretty good grasp of science? I absolutely despise it when movies (or TV shows, for that matter) feel the need to narrate every detail of the story world (and sometimes reiterate the same points within the span of just a few minutes)! So, well done "Loveproof"! ^__^
