- Real sex between actors.
- Nudity contains both main characters including bare buttocks and breasts. Pubic hair is also shown and the woman walks around without pants, her vulva and pubic hair is shown.
- A few graphic sex scenes throughout. Full nudity is shown, both male and female.
- A couple have sex in slow-motion black and white but moaning is not audible. Legs and shoulders up are mainly shown, but there is a close-up shot of genital penetration for about 5 seconds. Eventually they climax and this scene is NOT simulated.
- A nude woman straddles her husband as they thrust in a scene before he chooses to stop, causing her to run outside. She masturbates, gasping heavily (full-frontal nudity shown in closeup, her hand covers her vulva). Then her husband (or an illusion) crawls on top of her and they continue. We see his thrusting buttocks.

- A character stabs another with scissors twice
- A woman smashes her husband's fully naked groin with a heavy piece of wood and he falls unconscious. Then she masturbates with his penis and blood is ejaculated. It is all shown clearly and is very graphic and disturbing.
- A bloody dead newborn fawn is stuck to a deer's back for some seconds. A fox eats at his own guts, then stops and talks to a man.
- An infant falls and hits the ground. Nothing heard, a bit of blood is briefly seen from a distance. A woman is strangled bloodlessly for about 10 seconds.
Profanity

- "Fuck" is used once. "Bastard" is said a couple times.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- A man is briefly drinking a small amount of red wine from glass. Talk of prescription medication. Pills are seen, but not taken.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- By far one of the most disturbing and unsettling films to have ever been made. Certain graphic pictures and ideas will stay in your mind for days, perhaps weeks. NOT for children.
- This could be a candidate for one of the saddest horror movies next to A Quiet Place, The Others, Train To Busan, In a Glass Cage and Martyrs.
- Certain scenes in the "Violence" section could easily qualify as frightening or intense. The subject matter is fairly unsettling.
Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- The violence is nothing but graphic overall and consists of some bloody moments. However, most of the violence does not happen until the last 30 to 40 minutes.
- A man strangles a woman, crushing her larynx, leaving her to die.
- A woman cuts her own clitoris off. Blood briefly runs out of the wound before the scene cuts. This is shot in closeup and is extremely graphic.
- A hole is then drilled into a man's leg and a metal rod with weight is inserted. After awaking, he winces as he drags himself away.
