Good Question
boblipton11 March 2023
Singing waiter Harry Gribbon keeps realizing that his wife, Louise Squire, is cheating on him, but every time he tries to get actual proof, something goes wrong.

Like the other reviewer, I have spent many years hoping to find a funny Gribbon comedy. Unlike the other reviewer, I think this is one. The delayed reaction to evidence is funny. The supporting cast is funny, and there's a very funny sequence in the police station when Gribbon is being examined by an alienist to determine if he is crazy that is hilarious.

This doesn't make Gribbon a go-to when looking for funny short comedies; I've seen him in what must at least fifty, and this is the first time he's added anything to the package. Still, it's a good one.

Another less than wonderful Harry Gribbon comedy short.

Harry (Harry Gribbon) and Beulah are married when the story begins. However, Harry has plenty of evidence that Beulah might be cheating on him...but he's VERY slow to notice the signs. However, when Harry tries to catch his wife in the act with another man, police catch him climbing the fire escape and assume he's some kissing bandit. This leads to a visit with the police psychologist.

I've seen quite a few Harry Gribbon comedy shorts and I keep hoping I'll find one I like. But I just didn't enjoy "Who's Crazy?" because it was unfunny and very broadly acted. I wanted to like it...but just didn't.
