The members of Hut 39 are horrified to hear that a group of soldiers will be gatecrashing their but for the evening, a Sergeant and three Privates arrive, and give the men the shock of their lives.
So there are only a handful of these early episodes to enjoy, and this is easily the best of them, this was particularly funny, and used the actual scenario itself to provide the laughs.
Several amusing moments here, the initial discovery is very funny, the flirtations between The Sergeant and Sergeant Major were also amusing, she definitely had a torch for him, nice to see the tables turned.
I can't help wondering if some of these lines would be carried into the Carry on films, Hawtrey and Bresslaw certainly reused their lines.
A shame the credits don't contain the names, I'd have happily updated the details.
