- A teen girl flops onto a bed as her father begins to unzip his pants (we see a portion of his bare stomach, including his navel): he climbs on top of her (his bare upper chest is visible) and thrusts, raping her, while he moans and cries "Yes" and "Daddy loves you" and the teen stares at the ceiling -- a woman is visible in the background, watching.
- We see a flashback of a man's sweat-covered face, his body thrusting, and we hear panting (it is referring back to a previously seen incestuous rape scene between a teen girl and her father).
- A woman is seen lying in bed, a blanket is pulled up to her neck, moaning suggestively as slight movement is seen under the covers suggesting masturbation, and she shouts for a pregnant teen girl, saying, "Come take care of Mommy" (presumably trying to initiate incestuous rape with her daughter).
- A teen girl dances suggestively, and throws herself against the floor and pantomimes sexual thrusting.
- A woman wearing a form-fitting, sleeveless body suit dances suggestively in front of a television.

- A woman shouts at another woman after being asked to "explain the abuse," and she is told that she needs to explain her role in the sexual and physical abuse of a teen girl by her father: the woman tells the story of how she had stood by while the girl's father had sexually abused her starting at the age of three, first while engaging in sexual intercourse with the woman while the girl was lying beside them, and the man touched her and continued to escalate into rape and molestation, until the teen girl had become pregnant twice by her father.
- A woman asks a teen girl if she is pregnant, she asks how "it" happened and the teen says, "I had sex"; the woman asks if there is "something" she wants to talk about.
- A group of teen girls discuss incest, after one of them details that she is going to attend counseling for victims of incest and rape.
- A pregnant teen girl tells a woman that her own father had "given her two babies," and she goes on to explain her living conditions, including a reference to vampires leaving out dirty tampons, and that she had given birth to her first child on the kitchen floor while her mother kicked her in the head.

- A woman shouts at her daughter, asking where she had been, to which she replies that she was at the hospital giving birth: she hands the baby to the woman, the woman throws the baby onto a chair, rushes at her daughter, screaming that she had ruined her life and "stolen her man," and the two women start fighting with shoving, punching and throwing objects; the daughter scoops up the infant, falls head over heels down six stairs, the mother (her face is bloodied) drops a television, which crashes and explodes and we see a small trickle of blood on the daughter's upper lip, coming from her nostril.
- After verbally berating her, a woman throws an object at a pregnant teen girl's head, the object hits her in the back of the head and she drops to the ground, unconscious; the woman pours a bowl of water on the girl to wake her up.
- A teenage boy shouts at a man after the man verbally reprimands him, the boy shouts profanities at the man but is cut off as a pregnant teen girl punches the boy on the side of the head and slams her body against him and a desk, shouting that he needs to leave the man alone.
- After a young woman makes a snide remark about a pregnant teen girl, the pregnant girl lunges at her, slapping her face and bashing the side of her head with her fists; a woman attempts to break up the fight while other young women look on and laugh.
- We see a young girl with a black eye and as a woman walks away from her she shouts that the girl needs to "shut up and sit still."
- A teenage boy makes cat calls towards a pregnant teen girl, asking when he is going to "get with" her; she does not respond, he verbally berates her, and shoves her to the ground, knocking her out.
- A young woman asks another young woman why a baby is wearing a blood-covered blanket; the young woman says the blood is not the baby's, but his mother's.

- Precious's pregnancy, while played for laughs, is quite intense. She is shown screaming at the top of her lungs while being wheeled away on a hospital bed.
- The derogatory language towards a child with Down syndrome is quite intense and may bother some viewers.
- The movie deals with the issue of sexual/domestic abuse involving children.
- Rape scenes are present and disturbing especially as they are incestuous.
- Various fight scenes and arguments are intense and upsetting.
- A baby is shown being thrown onto a couch which can upset some viewers.

- The main character develops HIV from her father
- A woman tells a teen girl, "Your daddy is dead" and that the man had died of AIDS; the young woman asks the woman if she is HIV positive, and the woman makes a remark about never having engaged in anal intercourse, so she cannot have AIDS.
