How did Jack grow up with an iota of morality, coming from a family like this. A substantial part of this episode involves the torture of Graem to get bearings on McCarthy. These scenes, using that serum, are really hard to watch. While this is happening, the President gets a call from his sister and seems to have gained some substantial resolve. He makes a decision about Tom's plan and all the implications around it. The hook comes when Morris's expertise comes into play. Lots of exposition here and a sense of dread for the future.

Just bad. So many parallels with previous seasons, same patterns of stories... And unbelievable things like the one with Morris... Who would have ability and time to fake his brother's hospitalisation thing? That Morrison guys is definitely couldn't.
And why would they get Bauers father 5 mins with his son? Ridiculous.
