Live from Albany, GA

Television Title

Diamond Dallas Paige (W/The Diamond Doll) Vs Johnny B Badd

The match never gets underway because DDP nails Badd from behind with the title. This was a cheap way to get DDP some heel heat here. That being said, it worked. I also liked DDP counting his own pinfall.

Chris Beniot vs Eddie Guerrero

Beniot wins with a dragon suplex. You're really asking me my thoughts on a Beniot and Guerrero match? You won't find a safer bet than these two when it comes to wrestling. As a matter of fact, they hadn't even scratched the surface.

***1/2

Kevin Sullivan and The Giant discuss facing Hogan in the Monster Truck challenge at Halloween Havoc.

Meng Vs Hacksaw Jim Duggan

Meng wins with the Tongan Death Grip in a very short match. I'm grateful it was short, but nobody should be subjected to these two wrestling in the first place!

Hulk Hogan cuts a wacky pre-taped promo with Jimmy Hart about Halloween Havoc.

Sting & Ric Flair Vs Arn Anderson & Brian Pillman

Sting and Flair win by countout. Sting initially didn't bother to show up, but changed his mind when Flair was in trouble. This was a decent little tag team match to end the show. Flair's mini face turn would turn out to be nothing more than a farce, but I enjoyed the buildup

Final Thoughts.

This episode wasn't too shabby. It had good character development and a really good match between Beniot and Guererro. If you ignore the stupid Dungeon of Doom stuff, you should enjoy this.
