The usual procedural police scheme, with a rookie arriving at the headquarters. some gangsters pull a jewellery store heist by taking the owner's family as hostage. But the problem, is that those well prepared mobsters - they know everything about the family in question, everything, till which video games the youngest kid daughter prefers to play with - have no gloves nor hoods on their face, despite the presence of the family; that sounds phony to me. You have much light minded dialogues, and humor in this episode; the police officer who loses his badge in a bude parties night club....
