- A woman is seen wearing a very thin top. Her nipples are visible under that. Her boyfriend puts his hand under her top and squeezes her bare breasts.
- A man is having hard sex with a girl on a stretcher. She is naked and her breasts are visible. There is a close up of her hard nipples.
- A man and woman passionately kiss each other. The man rips open her shirt and kisses her bra-covered breasts while lying her down on the floor. He then removes her pants and also drops down his pants. His bare buttocks are visible. He mounts her and starts to have hard sex with her, we see some thrusting. One of her boob pops out and he grabs it and squeezes it. Her erect nipple is visible. Later he makes her sit in his lap and thrusts hard into her.
- A young man and his girlfriend make love. We see some nudity but nothing too graphic (she is wearing a top). He is implied to perform oral sex on her.
- A woman sensually cuts her tongue, letting it bleed before she french kisses a man. He rips open her shirt and her breasts are visible for a fraction of a second.
- A man and a woman are having hard sex in missionary style on a morgue table. There is thrusting and nudity. The scene is rather brief.
- A man drags a woman's face back though her hairs, gets on top of her, then tears her bra apart. The woman, who has both of her breasts exposed, gets on top of him and licks blood from his lips. She then proceeds to put needles on his chest and pierces one of his nipples with a needle (we see it in close-up). She then rides him furiously as her breasts are hanging. In this sequence we see some nudity, although briefly, both female and male. In the end she orgasms.
- A woman is lying dead on a morgue table and her breasts and nipples are visible
- A woman grabs a man near a lift and kisses him hard while pinning him down against the wall. She then bends down and opens his belt. Later her bare shoulder is visible as it is implied that she is giving him oral sex (nothing is seen). Then he pushes her away and she wipes her mouth.
- A man rips out a cloth from a table and a young woman is lying there unconscious. Both of her breasts and nipples are visible.
- A naked woman is lying on the table. Both of her breasts and nipples are visible. Her pubic hairs are also visible from a sideview.
- A fat and old prostitute is seen lying on a bed. Her panties are visible as she spreads her legs. A man drops down his pants but it is unclear if he actually has sex with her.

- A man is cut open while paralyzed and still alive. His chest is sliced open. Very graphic.
- Various people are shown having autopsies performed on them throughout. Most scenes are graphic. Many organs are pictured and taken out of the bodies. Rib cages are often seen. A woman's chest is graphically sliced open. A man inserts a needle into a dead woman's closed eye and extracts liquid from it.
- A man slaughters three women. Their bloody and mutilated bodies are seen. He hits one of them with a cleaver. One has her intestines out. We see flashbacks of the killings: a woman has her throat sliced graphically, another is stabbed in the abdomen, the other is hit in the head.
- Several people are killed in an explosion; we see their burnt corpses. One man's face is shown burnt up afterwards.
- A woman inserts many needles on her lover's chest and pierces one of his nipples with a needle (we see it in close-up). It is a sadomasochistic sex scene as they are both enjoying it.
- A woman punches a man in the face (there is some blood on his mouth).
- A woman is found dead (no blood).
- A blood-soaked man threatens another man with a cleaver held to his throat.
- A man throws a dart at his friend and hits him in the back of the neck.
Profanity

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Plenty of drug and alcohol abuse. While alcohol is mostly consumed socially, the drug abuse is quite strong, and includes crystal methamphetamine, medical marijuana, and the usage of Nitrous Oxide ("whippits") as a weapon.
- A man smokes a cigar.
- Lots of beer drinking.
- A woman gives a pill to a man who then falls on the ground dead.
- A man injects a killer substance into a patient.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The movie revolves around medical students killing people for a game. They show no respect for dead people and desecrate their bodies, such as in the scene in the beginning. The movie is gruesome, morbid, and disturbing. This can upset viewers.
- The characters' behavior may be frightening or intense. A character in particular is an extremely deranged sociopath and killer.
- Several grisly murders are committed onscreen or seen in flashbacks.
- The ending is very intense and can impress many viewers.
- A character's death is quite emotional.
- Many scenes involve needles and some people might find them irksome.
