The main matter here involvs a Young woman fell down an elevator shaft. The cops are called but the accident occured in a tower located in a very dangerous ghetto. The second case in this episode is about a suspect killed just after being discharged by the police. Good depiction of the misery existing in the ghettos. Another thing unusual here is the question of elevators out of order or very dangerous to use in those towers.
