Neither deep nor significant...but it is funny

One thing you have to say about the short film MAESTRO PERCIVAL is that it is a film without pretense. Another is that for once, we have an independent short about zombies that is different....very different!

The film begins in the studio of a photographer with visions of greatness. This seems possible as he's set to take shoot an album cover of a world famous violinist. Maybe this time he'll hit the big time. However, his plans are dashed when the guy turns up to the shoot and he's a freakin' zombie!! While certainly NOT optimal, he tries to make the best of this--after all, it could be his ticket to bigger things!

This silly film was apparently the winner of a "48 Hour Film Project HD Filmmaker Showdown". In other words, all the work on the film needed to be completed in only two days. In this light, this is a really amazing film and I wish the folks lots of luck.
