Minor Spoilers Below, nothing too major eg; bob dies.

From the first second this episode had twists and turns. The external plot is very interesting in how Red is on a movie set, in DC so that the doctors can attempt to get answers for Katarina. However Red outsmarts the doctors and soon realises all is not what it is being claimed to be.

This episode had some great scenes my favourites being your no doc and im not cop, the scene where Red fights the Nurse and Red moving around the room evading the camera - which had a great track. My only critics for the episode would be the slow pace - which is usual in most episodes of the blacklist not that it is bad, but the whole investigation process, drags on and then everything unfolds in the last 10 minutes. Although I liked the wheelchair fight - this episode could have had some more action to sweaten it. The Blacklist always misses out on these cases when Liz and Dembe caught the guy, could of had something more. Anyway apart from that it was a really good episode.

Good episode. The series is still kicking in its seventh season unlike many other series that had long run out of gas by this point but the medical errors were jarring to say the least. The nasal cannula ( the tube in his nose ) was upside down. At one point his BP was 80/40. For a man his size he'd soon be going into shock and his 02 saturation was 89 while receiving oxygen no less. Normal is about 97-98 and with supplemental 02 it would have been 100 unless he had problems breathing which he clearly did not. Nice to see why Red relies on Dembe as his only bodyguard who showed in this episode how ruthless and deadly he can be. Katarina looks like a good villain for the season and it's off to a good start. Hopefully they'll round up a nurse for future medically related issues.

Great premiere. And the best blacklister in a long time. I wouldn't be surprised if when his ordeal is over red might hire steinhill and offer him more money then Katarina is. He seems like he would be a good asset for red in the line of work he's in. Good stuff with spader to. Liz telling everybody everything is going to cause problems down the line. Red might see it as another betrayal. Over all I think since season 5 the premeires have all been great. The first for seasons had decent first episodes though.

The last season should have been the last, but we saw the signs, we knew who was coming into it.

Is Red a idiot, the way she injected him COME ON folks, but for this season and the ones following it jumps the shark as they say.

This show was kept on as it makes a lot of money, and of course the actors are fine with that But this season the 1st time round made me angry, as it's so stupid, it's like a jigsaw puzzle forcing round pieces into square holes.

And then it gets even worse next season We got answers, that should have been that, end the series Liz has her daughter back, and Red stayed for dinner but nope, we can drag at least another 3 seasons out of it it' funny in the UK I will now whizz thought seasons 7 and 8 at treble speed, and at the same time watching season 9 and we are still waiting for the dam truth what some believe is truly funny and quite nuts, but who knows if the script writers will see them and think "that's a good idea" I remember Lost at the end of the 1st season we was told: It's not time travel they are def not dead and after season 6 guess what folks !!

This is going the same way, the scriptwriters don't have a god dam clue what the answers are.
