This short film was very timely for me. Today I went to a book store and felt very irritated. When I'd sat down to thumb through a magazine, an idiot was sitting nearby just yakking away on her cellphone--oblivious and uncaring about the others around her. I soon got up and moved to another part of the store, as I could barely hear myself think. After all, when you go to a book store, you usually DON'T expect all that noise.
Well, believe it or not, this has something to do with the short film THE CONVERSATION. Like I noticed today, the usual etiquette and social graces we all used to think existed but which have been replaced by cellphone rudeness is very well illustrated here.
