- The back of the man's head explodes. We see briefly the gory aftermath.
- The walls are bleeding
- The car crashes. The woman in it gets mild injuries. Later in the hospital, her head explodes. Blood splatters onto the face of another person. Gory entrails and brain matter are clearly visible inside the head (the half of her head is missing).
- The girl decapitates herself by hanging herself on a wire. Brief but graphic.
- A woman is stabbed once in the stomach and three times in the back. Blood pours out of her mouth as she gets killed.
- We see the aftermath of the plane crash. There are dead bodies in it (injured and covered in blood). One person survived. It is revealed that he was cut in half horizontally during the plane crash. The lower half of his body falls off as he tries to get out of the plane.
- The man is bleeding from his eyes, nose and mouth. Later we learn that his arm and leg were amputated. We see bandages covering the stumps.
- The man shoots himself with moderate bloody results.
- The corpse of a man is seen. His wrists are covered in blood (probably slit).
- The man's head explodes. The gory aftermath is seen.
- Other mildly bloody moments.
