This revolution feels far more realistic than the other original one. I also like that laytons awful acting comes back to bite him with a full scale riot breaking out. Still missing Conley but hopefully she'll be back soon

It's really good episode. It had more action than before which is likebale. I've never trusted that priest from the first time I saw him so it didn't suprise me at all. Revolution is coming to Snowpiercer good or bad we will see.
Weak episode

Episode 7: An averagely interesting episode with semi-nice campy flow, semi entertaining atmosphere divided between the Group, Taily, Ruth and Mr. Wilford, some generic good to bad acting, some nonsense as the very standard of the show, fillers for good measure and a chimera that is only a chimera even if it doesn't seem like one.

Written character on the show. She really goes through a transformation as Leighton or Melanie never really believed in the system they were living in, when the show started. But Ruth did. It was all she had. Her whole believe system is crashing down as she is realising how wrong she was all the years. Alison Wright is doing one hell of a great job portraying a woman, who goes through this. I hope they have more for her in store, as she is truly evolving, not only changing.

This ep gave us a glimpse of how fragile peace can be and also what people are willing to do in the name of "order".
Many say our world right now is caught between chaos and a pit. That what the majority of people want is order, not freedom. The train symbolizes that.
As for complaints about actor Daveed Diggs: First season he played who he was, a detective investigating murder. That is who he still is; a good cop. Now he has assumed the role of leader and the character is out of his element. He is unsure, confused, conflicted. Diggs is playing him EXACTLY the way he should be played. You armchair critics remember that.

The episode was great. As always, it was almost one hour of chills, gasps, building tension and releasing it. Idk if it was related to the 8M, but this episode focused on Audrey, Bess and Ruth. All three characters kept showing other sides that helped us understand them or love them even more. Alex had also some time on.
Wilford, Layton, on their side, were plain Wilford and Layton. Henry had some time on in some kind of disturbed intepretation of love, loyalty, dependance, and even relieve. Awkwardly hot moment licking that slipper.
