Warning: Spoilers
(S3. E9) My Live Reaction / Review for The Good Doctor Season 3 Episode 9 ''Incomplete''. The previous episode was good and I gave it a rating of 9/10. Let's see if this one is better or worse. Shaun says that he wants to have sex with Carly but im not sure if he is ready. So this woman has a tumor in her private parts and if they remove the tumor she wont be able to feel sexual pleasure ever again? That's brutal. This man slept with Dr. Browne and he has a wife and a kid? What an awful human being. Just like I predicted, Shaun is not ready for more intimacy with Carly. Carly is so patient with Shaun, she is a saint. Overall this episode was good and I enjoyed it. My rating is 9/10.

Episode so bad they had to write a post script to redeem it.

Without the slap and Dr Brown breaking into tears the episode was completely worthless with iatrogenic surgery and the bleak prospect of a lifelong sexless marriage. The consensus that sex is unnecessary flies in the face of millions of years of evolutionary biology as if people are unembodied yet areligous packages of choice, fake values and monogamy.

To make this poor woman make a preemptive choice to render her life a myserie of sexless ness and solitude (in the event they get divorced) is the stupidest thing a real or a fake doctor can make someone do.

The illusion of choice, as though the future is at all knowable, is the essential arrogance of the medical field. And with every action comes there are consequences. The ones we don't know about are the problematic ones. When will we ever learn that not all things are knowable.
