A strange turn for the show

This show have been slowly building up since the first season, with it being low-cost production in the beginning. Long story short, this episode just took a tumbling turn down into soapopera-like effects and scenarios! The level of details in several scenes seems to be flushed down the toilet in some desperate attempt to be dramatic. The technical details when it comes to handling explosives are just dumb. And the total lack of physical laws when Black Betty got blown up is just offensive! Most regular viewers in this century should be spared of those cheap, overly dramatic explosions like that. There are so many more cringy details, but those really stuck out. Thank god there are really good actors in this episode, to keep me still onboard the show. Please return to the more realistic details in the show, you were on the right track!
