(2020) Tightrope/ Landkrimi Tirol: Das Mädchen aus dem Bergsee.

(In German with English subtitles) MYSTERY

It says it was made for TV but you cannot tell by watching it. Anyways, it centers on a discovered dead body of a young lady found in the lake with rocks on her soles suggesting to the police to believe it was murder. At the same time, a police captain, Lisa (Patricia Aulitzky) on vacation is in the middle of a breakup herself of another part of the country. And as soon as she arrives at the airport and decides to check on her phone at the same time she sees the lifeless body pulled out of the water sent by her partner, Alexander-Yusuf Demir (Dominik Raneburger). And just when you think, Alexander-Yusuf Demir is going to be in charge of the case, by the time Lisa comes back and cutting her vacation short she then demands that the case be turned over to her. And because Lisa has more authority over her partner, the chief, Günther (Harald Windisch) then grants her wish since she is after all the captain. We then find out more about the young dead lady as she used to work in a brothel and that her name is Frieda Goldbacher (Lisa Stadler). She also had a friend name Tamara (Maresi Riegner) and that she used to have a boyfriend name Harry (Fabian Schiffkorn) and as the movie continues, Lisa also finds out that the young dead women discovered strangled to death that their may be a connection between her and Lisa's family as she sued to have a sister who committed suicide when she was 12 years old.

This movie is okay and not boring but kind of routine that may have ended the movie long time ago had proper police procedure were actually acted upon such as in this movie there is not much tailing.
