A load of Cowes

The of thickens as Frances works her way in with the family but, for me, I just don't care enough about the characters.

George is interestingly creepy but the main characters seem soulless.

There are just so many cop shows around just like this or, at least, this is no different. Nothing stands out.

45 minutes per episode would be quite enough.

Warning: Spoilers
I am glad they are not having George get too dark, a mistake many shows make. The episode did drag on for too long, but they still have me hooked and hoping there is a twist of some kind.

Hard to fault, I really enjoyed that.

Frances has put two and two together, and thinks she's worked out who the guilty party is, she starts plotting a revenge.

I thought this was truly excellent, I really enjoyed how the story is beginning to unfold, I think it also benefited massively from the appearance of Jared Harris, it doesn't matter whether he's playing Moriarty, of a more down to Earth villain, he really has got something, the guy is definitely a cut above.

I'll say it again, I think it's a cut above what's generally on the box right now, this is a very, very good show, very well produced, and intriguing, I love that we get the class wars, not something we see a lot in drama anymore.

I love how Frances has done the different hairstyles thing, a little stereotypical that a woman has a change In circumstances and obviously changes her hairstyle, not many do that.

Excellent, 9/10.
