Even in the season finale this series proved once and for all that its approach to family is what makes this version of Superman the greatest.

Great ending to a fantastic freshman season and one of the best of the Arrowverse

Barnone. What an emotional rollercoaster this episode was. The cast outdid themselves particularly Tyler Hoechlin, who will forever be my Superman now, and Bitsie Tulloch both eserve awars for this episode alone. Alex Grifin and Jordan Eslass and Wole Parks, also shone. The cast is so good. Tom Cavanagh did an amazing job directing! Felt like a movie. I'm gonna miss this show so much. & I can't wait for S2.

Superman done justice
herrbrett18 August 2021
This first season could not have gone any better. I look at this show as a direct sequel to The New Adventures of Superman with Dean Cain. Fast forward 15 years, and they picked up at the perfect time in Superman's life. It is relatable, and reminds me even Superman has a hard time with teenagers. Bravo to the whole cast. Bravo to the writers. Bravo even to the special effects team, it looks closer to movie budget than a tv budget.

I only have one thing left to say, thank you for a great summer of television.

Superman and Lois.
wetmars24 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Immediately after. Lex's A. I. couldn't detect Tal-Rho. Lex tells her to keep searching, and don't stop. Sara's family help out General Lane. Zeta-Ro orders Tal-Arno to do something. Lois interrogated Larrs where is her son. The public are still protesting. Lana decides that they (( family )) will stay in Smallville and help out. Superman finally detects Jordan. The Eradicator comes to Smallville. Superman realizes that Zeta has possessed Jordan's body. I'm sorry, but I find it hilarious the way Zeta slaps Superman. Lex arrives in Smallville. So now; we're having two battles at once.

The Eradicator awakens the consciousnesses of Kryptonians into the soldiers. So, he's immune to Kryptonite. Superman arrives too late when the Eradicator runs away. Superman goes searching. The DOD issues the order everybody to immediately evacuate Smallville. Even Sarah's family, yes. Jordan helps out Lex putting some final adjustments to his suit and kinetic hammer. Lois fives Jonathan some weapon and tells him to use it if it's absolutely necessary. Zeta commands and the Kryptonians to the mines where the X-Kryptonites are at. Superman and Lex arrives at the Mines facing off the soldiers.

Lex takes Jordan to the farm. The Eradicator unleashes his wrath on Smallville. Zeta wakes up. Jonathan uses the special weapon against him. Sadly, it doesn't work. Lois motivates Jordan to to find his strength and fight. Well boys, we did it. Zeta is no more! Lex uses his kinetic hammer on the mods Subjects. The two get in position against the Eradicator. KA-F** BOOM, defeating the Eradicator for once and for all! Lex's power supply shuts down, he re-enters the atmosphere until Superman saves him. Smallville's community recovers from the big incident. Superman tells the world the whole truth through TV Broadcast. The Community of Smallville celebrates. The last thirty minutes is absolutely stellar.

Thoughts?

This season is definitely a 10/10. It explores well on Clark having struggles being Superman, meanwhile he has a family. This is beautiful! You got great villains, brilliant storylines, wonderful likable characters with character development, action-packed, the soundtrack is top-notch, cinematography, highly suspenseful, and some of the romance between characters. This is truly the best CW Superhero show with fantastic writing. I am somewhat pessimistic with a second season. I do think the problem with the shows is that they go on for so long. Although, I didn't enjoy Tyler Hoechlin's Superman in pre-Crisis. I do now. THIS IS THE BEST OF THE ARROWVERSE!

10/10!

Superman & Lois: One Of The Greatest Shows Of ALL Time
THEARROWFLASH18 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
It has been 13 minutes since the Season 1 Finale of Superman & Lois finished airing. I feel lucky enough to say that I watched it all LIVE. And I feel even luckier to say that it was one of the Greatest Episodes Of Television of ALL Time & has cemented (more than it already was), that Superman & Lois is EASILY One of The Greatest Shows of ALL Time.

This Season Finale, the 1ST Season Finale of Superman & Lois, directed by the Legendary TOM CAVANAUGH, managed to be so incredibly heart provoking that I still can't believe just happened as perfectly as it did. From the beginning of the episode. With ALEX GARFIN giving an incredible performance as. Zeta Ro, it's made abundantly clear that we're in for (someone else. Something els-wait wrong show) something incredible & special. And then throughout the Finale, we see the story of Superman & Lois trying to find Jordan. But what makes this show Incredible, is that it feels much MUCH more personal than that. It genuinely feels like Clark Kent & Lois Lane fighting with all their might for their sons. That sentence may not sound like a huge difference from the one that came before it. But it most certainly makes all the difference in the world when viewing this incredible Finale. The absolute masterclass of a performance that TYLER HOECHLIN & BITSIE TULLOCH give, along with ALEX GARFIN, JORDAN ELSASS, WOLE PARKS, DYLAN WALSH, INDE NAVARRETTE, EMMANUELLE CHIRQUI, ERIK VALDEZ, STACEY FARBER, SOFIA HASMIK. And last but certainly not the least, the one & only, ADAM RAYNER make this show what it is. Without every single one of these awesometacular actors. This show wouldn't be as perfect as it is!

I'm not going to go scene by scene of this Perfect Season Finale. Since words can't do justice to how perfect is, but I will say this. The fight scenes and CGI in this show is better than most Hollywood MOVIES coming out right now. And that's not just because of how realistic they look, but because of how imaginative and incredibly creative all of the CGI is. That shot of Irons' Hammer going through the mountain and hitting The Eradicator is one of the Greatest Shows in all of TV & Media as a whole. LIke genuinely the cinematography in this show, from start to finish, is absolutely INCREDIBLE & Jaw-Dropping.

But obviously, the incredible visuals wouldn't matter were it not for the genius storytelling this show has. The storytelling from a Man losing his daughter and his whole world, and then coming to Earth-Prime to stop Superman & Lois' world from encountering the same fate FROM Superman, to being one of Superman's most trusted allies and vice versa, to then finally finishing his mission of saving this planet, Earth-Prime from what took everything away from him, to then, in the Final moments of this perfect Season Finale. Getting his NatBug. His daughter back, after going through every thing he has gone through. Man even talking about it is giving me goosebumps of how incredible it all is. THAT level of writing IS what makes Superman & Lois, One Of The Greatest Shows Of ALL Time. And ALL of what I just said, isn't even about the 2 main characters. That's how Incredible this show is. It makes all of it's side characters more well-written than most main characters in any show or movie.

Oh and the villain of the season, TAL RHO, aka, The Eradicator, is also incredible. And while I could go on and on and on about how great of a character he is, and how great of an actor ADAM RAYNER is, and how incredibly well written the parallels are between TAL RHO & KAL-EL is, I think his character can be, and was, beautiful summarized in his last few words in the Season 1 Finale of Superman & Lois. "All I wanted was a family" or "I just wanted a family" (one of these, I don't remember exactly what it was, but I know it was delivered brilliantly by ADAM REYNER). And Superman's reply to it "And you have one. I'm your brother." (I'm paraphrasing here, I am ofcourse going to rewatch this Perfect Season Finale tonight). This villain, after everything that he did, at the end of it all, just wanted a family. And It is both brilliant & tragic, that he had one of the Greatest Brothers anyone could ask for, SUPERMAN. And yet, he wanted more.

Oh and I've said so much and I haven't even begun on the SPECTACULAR stories of LOIS LANE. God! Her being a human being, and contrasting that with the infinite power of Superman, and then showing at the end of it all, them both fighting for the same thing in their own ways is...well it's Perfect. I know I keep saying that word a lot, but well, it's the only word that's truly applicable for this Perfect Show. LOIS LANE was written so Incredibly well here, and her being a mother, trying to fight for her son, trying to give her son strength to fight for himself. Or more accurately, trying to let her son realize the incredible amount of strength that he already has within himself, was such an incredible scene that I won't be forgetting anytime soon. That run-through of all the awesometacular moments throughout Season 1 was absolutely phenomenal. It was from that point on, that this Season Finale BECAME One of THE Greatest Season Finales Of ALL Time. Oh and again, BITSIE TULLOCH'S AND ALEX GARFIN'S ACTING in that scene deserve something BEYOND an Oscar. Like I was convinced I was seeing a mother trying to fight for her son, and not just an actress doing an incredible job.

And Jonathan's perseverance and courage was incredibly well acted by JORDAN (ha the irony!) ELSASS. His story throughout Season 1 was absolutely beautiful as well. And on top of all of this perfection, the storylines of LANA LANG, KYLE CUSHING, SARAH CUSHING, CHRISSY BEPPO and last but CERTAINLY not the least, SMALLVILLE, ALL COME TOGETHER TO AN AWESOME CONCLUSION. Maan just how alive SMALLVILLE feels, is incredible in it's own right. LANA LANG stepped up to become the leader of SMALLVILLE we all knew she was, KYLE CUSHING saved a person from a burning building without hesitation like the hero we all knew he was, & SARAH became a part of a genuinely beautiful family that we all knew they all could build together, and also said "I Love You" to JORDAN WHICH WAS AWESOMETACULAR TOO! CHRISSY BEPPO, with the help of the 'World's Greatest Investigative Journalist' Lois Lane, is now going to continue to be the journalist that Smallville not only needs, but also deserves.

And last but not least, the big man in an incredible suit WITHOUT underwear on the outside this time (thankfully), One of the World's Greatest Superheroes, for now and forever, SUPERMAN. God where do I even BEGIN with his incredible writing. Should it be from his completely understandable vigorous reluctance on the government having Kryptonite, and then through slow and realistic steps, Superman himself ASKING for the government to have Kryptonite-based backup plans (7734). Or should it be from him thinking he was the Last Son Of Krypton his entire life, to realizing that he has a brother, to him having to make the painful decision of rejecting his brother over Humanity? Or maybe, and honestly probably, it should be the single greatest decision that was made to this character in the entirety of his existence. Superman being a father. Literally making one of the most Powerful Characters of ALL Time a goofy & fun Dad was one of the most brilliant character changes I've ever seen. THANK YOU ARROW, AND THANK YOU TO THE ARROWVERSE FOR THIS CHANGE!

Literally every single interaction he has with his kids, his family, elevates this show so much more higher than it ever could have been if it was JUST about him & Lois. This new dynamic changes EVERYTHING. It truly allows us to see the humanity of Clark Kent, Kal-El. Superman, in the most realistic way possible.

Him bonding with Jordan over the fact that they both have powers was absolutely beautiful. Him throwing a surprise date for the love of his life was so beautifully human that it makes me cry a little bit on the inside just thinking about it. Him trying to talk to Jonathan and help him get through his own life without powers (for now atleast haha) was incredibly beautiful as well. Superman being a Dad & Lois Lane being a Mom. Man whoever thought of bring that level of genius to The ARROWVERSE, deserves a raise for life lmao. Oh and this goes without saying, but TOM CAVANAUGH, as usual with literally anything he does, was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT as a director for this episode as well.

In short, Superman & Lois' 1st Season, follows in the path of ARROW's & The Flash's 1st Season: One of The Greatest Seasons Of Television Of ALL Time. Every single second, every single minute, every single Episode was absolutely wonderful, absolutely perfect, and absolutely beautiful. And I will NEVER stop pinching myself from time to time, when I think about the fact that SUPERMAN & LOIS LANE have their own LIVE-ACTION *TV SHOW*. The fact that I get to see all of these characters WEEKLY, and ALWAYS written ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY by the BRILLIANT PEOPLE behind this show, and ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY PORTRAYED BY TYLER HOECHLIN, BITSIE TULLOCH, ALEX GARFIN, JORDAN ELSASS, ADAM RAYNER, WOLE PARKS. INDE NAVARRETTE, EMMANUELLE CHIRQUI, DYLAN WALSH, STACEY FARBER & SOFIA HASMIK, is something I will cherish every single second of, for as long as I am lucky enough to, and for as long as I can.

Thank you so much to every single beautiful person behind this BEAUTIFUL Show that has genuinely made my life so much happier for having it in it. Thank you to every single person in this incredible cast, and most of all, THANK YOU TO TYLER HOECHLIN for being MY Superman, The GREATEST Version of Superman of ALL Time. THANK YOU TO BITSIE TULLOCH for being MY Lois Lane, The GREATEST Version of Lois Lane of ALL Time. And THANK YOU to JORDAN ELSASS & ALEXANDER GRIFFIN, for being the Greatest JONATHAN & JORDAN KENT there could POSSIBLY BE!

Thank you & see y'all wonderful people in Season 2 of Superman & Lois!

The first season is over and the quality never stopped, a brilliant season finale with great writing and direction
Holt34418 August 2021
The Flash veteran, Tom Cavanagh returns to the Arrowverse to direct the season finale of Superman and Lois. "Last Sons of Krypton" follows the events of the previous episode which saw Zeta-Rho in the body of Morgan Edge attacking Metropolis and kidnapping Jordan Kent thus eradicating him. Will he be saved like Superman? There's so much happening in this episode and I can only praise the script and direction, Cavanagh did a terrific job. He have directed some of the best episodes of The Flash and it didn't stop here, his passion and love for the characters clearly shows. There's also some great cinematography and the visual effects are really strong. But going back to the direction, I loved how he choose to shoot the action sequences, they were really well done.

There's so much about this episode that worked for me, I actually think it was a superb season finale and I'm curious in what direction they will take season 2, whom the main antagonist will be. I hope they choose Lex Luthor and has Jon Cryer reprising the role which he played on Supergirl and Crisis of Infinite Earths, the amount of damage he could give Superman and Lois is big and overall I think it would work well with the show.

Last Sons of Krypton ties up a lot of the character arcs of this season, leaving some open for further development and story that will be continued in season 2. All of the cast did a great job, truly. I can't wait to see what the writers have in store for the characters in the next season, but for now I'll end my review with how superb this finale was.

Awkward but still entertaining
samcastrique18 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I enjoyed the episode with it containing lots of action and thankfully a little less arguing and crying this time around. However some scenes seemed a tad bit awkward with characters just looking at each other randomly for example the scene with Lois and Jordon as she was putting the head piece onto Jonathan.

A Heart-Wrenching Ending That Made me a Superman Fan!
demigodshmurda21 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This is how you do a tv finale! I'm not gonna lie, when I heard the CW was going to do a Superman tv series I was like "Oh, that's kinda cool", and then moved on. I was *so* wrong to just brush this series aside! This finale has everything you could possibly ask for. Action, heart, good cgi, and a real sense of family. This is what Flash's finale this year should have been!

Every important character got a moment to shine this week, and it's important to do that in a massive finale like this. This honestly reminded me a lot of Black Lightning's first season finale in that way. Whether it's Lois going into Jordan's mind to save him, John getting a few shots off on Zeta-Rho with the sound gun from episode four, Kyle running into a burning building, or Not Lex hurling the hammer at Not Edge from orbit, every character gets their moment in the sun. When you're doing a series with an ensemble cast like this, it's important that everyone is able to show off their contribution to the team in some way.

You could make complaints that Clark Kent, aka Superman himself didn't really have a character arc this season, and that's fair, but Superman doesn't need some big arc. I honestly think that's the appeal of the character. Clark Kent isn't a character that *needs* development to be a good character. What Clark undergoes this season is what's called a "flat arc", where the character is already fully developed, but the story tests the character's morals and challenges what they already know. It doesn't make the character boring, it just means that everything else seems more interesting than the character, but that's by design.

Also, I don't know if it was intentional or not, but the use of Injustice 2 in this episode and the premiere is interesting. In the Injustice story, Superman is evil and has had his morals broken. In that story, the Joker killed Lois Lane and Clark's unborn child, and that caused Superman to snap and kill the Joker, eventually leading to Clark becoming a fascist dictator that's been corrupted beyond redemption. The whole point of that story is a "what if" scenario. "What if Superman turned against the world?" Superman and Lois however takes that question and says "he never will. He's Superman. His heart is stronger than anything." Superman as a character is incorruptible, and that's the whole reason *why* people love Superman.

I also like what this season did with Lois. I wasn't sold on Elizabeth Tulloch when she first showed up during the Arrowverse's "Elseworlds" crossover back in 2018, and she looked easily ten years older than Tyler Hoechlin, but over the season that started to become less and less of a criticism of the casting department. I think this might be my favorite Lois Lane in any Superman media, thanks in no small part to Elizabeth Tulloch absolutely killing her performance every week! When she gave parent talks to Jordan or threatened to ground Johnathan, I believed it. It didn't feel like an actor giving a performance. It felt like a real mother scolding a child for something they did wrong, and that's amazing. I misjudged Elizabeth Tulloch in this role, and I'd like to apologize for that.

Also regarding Lois, there's a line in this episode where she says that Johnathan and Jordan are strong "like their father", and Clark responds that they're strong "like their mother." Now, this is something I'd complain about if it were in an episode of Flash or Supergirl, but in the context of Superman and Lois, it actually works in the show's favor. See, Lois has been built up as a strong and powerful woman, but it wasn't at the expense of demonizing every male character on screen at any given time to do it. The writers honestly never made a big deal about Lois's gender throughout the whole show, and it was honestly refreshing to see that. That's why this line works. It works because Lois Lane isn't just a strong woman, but a strong *character* in general. Lois actually ended up being the heart of the show in a lot of ways, but it never felt forced or unearned when she did something. Every "argument" that her and Clark had was grounded with a genuine sense of understanding from both sides. Bottom line, Lois isn't Iris West-Allen, and that's a good thing! If Iris was written with more care on The Flash, she could've very well been even better than Lois is here, but we'll unfortunately never get to see that potential.

And I know I'm making a lot of comparisons to The Flash, but I can't help myself. When one series is miles better than another and succeeds in the exact areas where the other series failed, comparison is inevitable.

I also thought that Not Lex being willing to sacrifice himself was earned. His entire goal was to stop his planet from being destroyed by Kryptonians, and that's what ended up happening. He was willing to give his life for it, and he knew what he was doing was right. I'm glad he survived, but the moment itself was nice. Am I a little upset that he's not Lex Luthor? Yeah, and I think the story would've only been better if he was, but John Irons was a well built-up character in his own right.

A couple other small points of note. I thought Jordan Elsass and Alex Garfin were really great in this episode. They played Johnathan and Jordan Kent as great as ever this week. Erik Valdez had some genuinely great chemistry with Elizabeth Tulloch this week, which is another win for the casting department. I also thought that Kyle and Lois's interaction at the end of the episode was completely earned, and really well built up. Inde Navarette and Alex Garfin always have great chemistry as Sarah Cushing and Jordan Kent. I also really enjoyed Emmanuelle Chiriqui and Sofia Hasmik as Lana Lang and Chrissy Beppo, even though neither of them got much time to shine this week. And as a final note not about the cast, the cgi this week was absolutely breathtaking! This was movie quality vfx, especially that shot of the hammer flying into Not Edge's chest, and then the entire surrounding area exploding and crumbling because of the impact!

I do however have *one* legitimate complaint about this episode. How is Not Lex's daughter alive? We know that Not Lex was the only one to escape from his earth, so how is Nat suddenly here? I know that's gonna be something season two answers, but I'm gonna be honest and say that I don't want a second season. Giving Superman and Lois a second season just gives the CW more chances to ruin it down the line, and that's not something I ever want to see. I don't wanna have to put this masterpiece in the same graveyard as The Flash and Black Lightning; Shows that started off great and got worse with time. I have the same fear with Stargirl, but that show's having a solid second season thus far, and I'm crossing my fingers that it stays that way. I'll watch Superman and Lois season two, but the second that it gets CW'd, don't say I didn't warn everyone.

If you passed on this series for whatever reason, you owe it to yourself to watch these fifteen episodes. It's not perfect, but this is one of the most high effort seasons of television I've ever watched. The character work and plot was on point the entire time, the cgi and direction is beautiful, some of the actors performances are literal works of art, and it was refreshingly free of identity politics, which is a surprisingly rare occurrence in 2021.

This show deserves your time.

10 / 10.

The season ends with very big episodes with most of it fillers, stalling and a lot of repetition, even the villain's plan is always the same, nothing new and everything predictable, cgi are very bad.

Perfect end to a great rookie season.
fredschaefer-406-62320418 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
The season one finale for SUPERMAN AND LOIS, the CW's latest superhero show was everything a fan could have wanted, and was a perfect example of how to wrap up a rookie season, while setting the table for season two. One thing that was a concern for me at the beginning was how fast they would ramp up the plot considering all the years of movies, TV, and comic book continuity they had draw on, but I give them credit for staying focused on the family dynamics of the Man of Steel, and his place in a community, that place being Smallville, Kansas. The Big Bad of the season, industrialist Morgan Edge, was revealed to be Kal-El's brother bent on restoring the glory of a lost Krypton on Earth, which could only occur at the expense of the latter planet's inhabitants. Edge would do this with the help of his brother, or not, but one way or another, he would have see his home and family restored. It was a strong and understandable motive for a villain, and it was one of the season's strengths.

The finale episode, "Last Sons of Krypton," managed to bring the season long battle to a climax with Clark's son Jordan now possessed by the evil Zeta, and the family determined to get him back and defeat the remaining Krptonians. The show had some great emotional moments, especially when Lois goes into Jordan's mind in an attempt to free him, and when Kal-El and John Henry Irons square off in the sky against Edge. The episode does not miss a beat, wringing all the suspense it can out every confrontation, and then paying them off nicely. The CGI was movie theater level quality, and this really is one of the best looking shows on television. The actors have done their jobs so well in getting us invested in their characters, which is quite a feat after associating both Superman and Lois Lane with some great iconic actors, but I have got to say that Tyler Hochlin and Elisabeth Tilloch have made those parts their own - not taking anything away from anyone else; special praise to Jordan Elsass and Alex Garfin as Jonathan and Jordan Kent respectively, for giving performances that feel real, and not the usual angsty "TV Teen" stuff seen on so many other shows. And I don't want to forget Wole Parks as John Henry Irons, who had a great character arc across this first season, going from adversary to steadfast ally.

I think the decision not to do a deep dive into Superman's rogue's gallery in season one was a good one. Luthor can wait, though there is clearly a possible back-story thread in that girl Jonathan is interested in; and the final twist of the season, which I thought was going to reveal the Big Bad for next year, only deepened the family dynamic of the show. Can't wait to see what they do with it in season two.

Fantastic season and finale ! Left me with tears in my eyes !
martinsmarkss18 August 2021
This is how you do a great show !

S&L approach to family is what makes this version of Superman great!

All characters are well written, relatable and really likable.

Finale left me in a tears because all other Arrowhead shows, new ST shows, SW movies etc didn't had anymore strong family values, characters whofeel real, characters who have their strengths and weaknesses, individuals with unique personalities not Best'est ever - Marries Sue's etc !

Too Much Lois Not Enough Superman
bhfred119 August 2021
I gave this episode a 7 because of the story line, however, superman continues to look bewildered and takes advice from Lois who is human. Lois is just a reporter with no powers and no understanding of Krypton, but yet she takes over the city of Metropolis and the roll of a scientist and comes up with ideas to take on Edge and his cronies. While superman continually looking dazed. Needs better character writers or this one will soon be shelved.

It's a really heartwarming, and cool finale to end this season on. This show really made me appreciate and love superman and clark kent. And the effects look really nice in this episode. Although i wish that at the end teased a new threat for season 2. Sure some things get wrapped up abit too quickly for my liking, but this still felt very sincere to clark and lois's story and it's a good way to go out.

Last Sons of Krypton
Prismark1021 May 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The finale of season one ups the stakes. Superman must defeat Morgan Edge but he has taken Jordan and converted him as an evil Kryptonian.

With other soldiers also converted into Kryptonians. Superman and John Henry Irons join forces once again but the odds are stacked against them.

The final episode very much has the theme of family. Superman needs to save his family. Even Kyle Cushing finally sees Smallville as a family grouping.

It is telling that Morgan Edge mentions it after his encounter with Superman.

The television budget means that the action could never be truly epic and is resolved rather briskly. The rest of the episode introduces a story strand for season 2.

Drivel

Big budget TV show with bargain bin story, slow, tedious, boring, if this show was a comic it would be in the 10¢ box gathering dust.

A cliffhanger for Natalie, not the audience.

Warning: Spoilers
Overall, a good ending to the season. We finally saw the end of Morgan Edge, and I have to say I am definitely ready for a new storyline. Although Jordan as a villain taking on Superman didn't work for me. Jordan vs Jon was a better and I appreciate they changed his voice. I also wasn't a fan of the way they used The Eradicator. I kept waiting for the money shot (like we got with Steel). Hopefully they can fix that next season.

Of course the CGI was great. Superman flying through various Cities was a nice visual.

The real highlight was the last 10 minutes after the battles. The show is great with the character moments and all the main cast got a chance to shine.

The big disappointment was the 'cliffhanger". Natalie returning is fine. But I was really hoping for a S2 villain tease. We just did the mistaken identity thing with John Henry and Lois earlier in the season, so while it was definitely a WTF moment for Nat, it wasn't for the audience.

But still a solid 8/10.
