In this production, which is, strictly speaking a comedy-drama, Thomas Wise is what one might call the "whole show," sharing his popularity with a seven or eight months' old baby. The child, left on the doorstep of the old man, and later called for by the despairing mother, stirs up considerable excitement. The picture is in many ways a very acceptable offering. - The Moving Picture World, March 27, 1915
