- Female frontal nudity but its dark and her actual genitalia (vulva/clitoris) is never seen. Male full frontal genital nudity is clearly shown in several scenes including a man walking towards a woman showing his fully erect penis.
- Graphic sexual assault and attempted rape.
- A fully naked woman undresses the dead body of another woman and dresses herself. After the other woman is fully dressed, the dead (now naked) woman is shown from the side lying on her back from far away. This is shown in the distance and bare breasts and buttocks are seen. Much of the nudity is in shadow.
- A naked man walks through tall grass and climbs through a fence. His penis and buttocks are clearly seen for awhile.

Sex & Nudity
- A man and woman undress. As he's fully nude, he sinks into a black void and disappears. Includes male full rear and frontal nudity, including erect penis.
- Man undresses woman lying on his bed until she's fully nude below the waist. He does the same and attempts to have sex but is unable. She then reaches between her legs, sits up, grabs a nearby lamp and shines it between her legs, looking upset, leading one to believe she is not accurately anatomical. Nudity includes only buttocks of both parties.
- A woman falls asleep in a shelter in a thick forest and wakes up to find a man stroking/molesting her. An attempted rape follows (her buttocks are briefly visible).
Violence & Gore
- A woman swims into rough waves near rocks to rescue her dog that seems to be stuck in heavy undertow and we see the dog disappear under the water's surface; the woman disappears as well when her husband struggles to reach her. Another man pulls the husband to the shore, but he goes back in and does not come back out leaving their 18-month-old child crying on the beach (we see the baby again later in the dark and continuing to cry on the beach as the tide comes closer towards him). We later hear a news report that the man's body has washed ashore and that his wife and child are missing.
- A stream of neon-red sludge flows through a passageway.
- A woman wakes up as a man molests her. She struggles against him. As he's ripping off her clothes, her human dermis is torn, revealing the alien body. He pours fuel on her, lights it and she runs, fully engulfed in flames, before falling to the ground. No explicit nudity.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- There are "harvesting" scenes. One man witnesses another "deflate" like a burst balloon leaving only the skin surface floating, followed by what appears to be a large stream of blood.
- The protagonist removes her human skin revealing her true alien self. The human face is still blinking and in motion.
- A two characters disappear beneath the surface of the tide. An experienced swimmer is unsuccessful in helping them. An 18-month-old toddler is seen crying alone on the beach. The beach is later shown with the child missing.
