This consists of interviews with the cast and crew, all of whom have something to add within their area of expertise(and there is a very clear love of what they're working on), clips from the show, behind-the-scenes footage, and incomplete effects shots.
It's 7 and and a half minutes long. This is found on the season 2 Blu-Ray release of Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles. It spoils a lot of the show, and so will this review so that I can go into more detail.
They talk about making sure that there is a credible reality created, when there is a fight between one Terminator and another, or between one and a human. Summer Glau: "I'm really proud of what he's been able to do. I don't always love the hours that I have to spend in his chair. But I've got a system where I fall asleep and wake up with half my face missing". Garret dillahunt: "you're never not hurt in a fight, you know. Unless you're Superman. So it makes you feel like you've been the fight. Like you've been through something. It's kinda nice. You can feel some blood running down".
I recommend this to any fan of the series. 8/10
